It is essentially a silk saree with an ornamented zari pallav, embellished borders, and traditional motifs. This magnificent handwoven Paithani silk saree in light yellow base indulges in an authentic kalamkari drawn in vibrant earthy colors. It employs elements like tombs, horses, peacocks, etc, and has a hand-embroidered Marodi border all over the saree in a popping red color. Saree was woven in Yeola, Maharashtra. Kalamkari was done in Sri Kalahasthi Andhra Pradesh and embroidery was done in Kolkata embracing the beauty of Marodi embroidery.
