 How can I know more about my saree/fabric?

We put a lot of effort into writing our product descriptions to provide our customers with the most accurate information about every Paaprika product that we sell. You can find every detail in our product descriptions.

How does the saree look in real?

Like the feathers of a peacock, silk fiber also has a unique sheen and lustre due to its physical and chemical structures which enhances the reflection of light. The photographs on the website, shot by the trained photographers, using the most advanced cameras are unedited to give you the actual picture of the saree.

 How do I take care of my saree?

We recommend you to dry clean your saree, when needed. You must air your saree every once in a while, and also refold your drape regularly to avoid creasing at the same location over a period of time.

It is also advisable to store silk sarees in a breathable, uncolored, muslin cloth in a dry location. Also keep the saree away from moisture as direct and constant contact with moisture can spoil the silk saree and the zari. Moreover, it’s also advisable to avoid ironing directly on the zari and also bringing the silk saree in direct contact with perfumes.

 Why do your Kalamkari sarees smell like milk?

 Our Kalamkari sarees are the most authentic, every step being done manually. It involves 24 steps; starting from washing to remove starch to dyeing and drying, until washing it in Swarnamukhi river. Milk is the most vital ingredient in Kalamkari art since it helps in applying the color only to the areas required. It prevents the running of one dye color into other dyed areas of color. The smell of milk is a sign of the authenticity of Kalamkari.

Market is flooded with fake kalamkari fabrics with digital prints Kindly do your research prior to purchasing.

 Do the sarees come with blouse pieces?

Yes, our sarees come with extra fabric of length of around 0.8m to 1m for the blouse, unless the product description mentions the unavailability of the blouse fabric.

 Do you sell running yardage?

Yes, we do sell running fabrics. You can find them under the shopping category of ‘Blouse Fabrics.’

 Can I customize the colour of a product?

A lot of thought and planning goes into how we want each individual product to come out.

However, some of our products can be customized. Please get in touch with us through email or WhatsApp or contact us on our page for a discussion.

 Ordering

 I saw a product a couple of days ago, now I can’t find it. Can I still order it?

If a product is not on our website, it means it is sold out for the time being and it is unavailable for order. Please get in touch with us through one of the channels mentioned if you would like us to double check for you.

 What are pre-orders and how do they work?

We allow orders for certain products that are currently not in stock or are still being handcrafted. Pre-orders are advance orders that you can place for these products.

Each pre-order will have an expected dispatch time mentioned in the product page.Your order will be dispatched once the product you have ordered is ready.

 Can I buy a product through WhatsApp or phone?

 Our styling and service team will be happy to assist you with any queries regarding the product/ payment or delivery options or any other queries related to making a purchase from our page.

 I am buying multiple products. Can I get a discount?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any discount. We believe that the prices of our products are commensurate with the top-notch quality of our original fabrics and the rigorous craftsmanship that goes into the designing and the making of the drapes.

 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure that you provide us the correct shipping address for the hassle-free delivery of your orders.

 Can you club multiple orders?

You may put in a request to club multiple orders, but that should be informed before we ship your order.Also, all the orders must have the same billing and shipping details.

 How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send a mail with the tracking details, which you can use to track your order.

You can also log into your account that you may have created while placing the order to see the status of your order. If you have not created an account, please do so with the same mail id that you used to place your order.

PAYMENT

The payment page is redirecting me to a different website. Is it safe to go ahead with my payment?

Yes, we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Hence, all credit/debit card and bank details are kept confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to ensure your privacy.

 My payment has failed, is there any other mode of payment?

We would surely help you through this. Please get in touch with us through one of the channels mentioned.

 Will there be any additional duty or taxes on my shipment?

All our shipments are currently sent as Delivery Duty Paid, which means you DO NOT need to pay any duty or taxes at the time of receiving your order.

In any exceptional circumstance/s, if duty or taxes are levied on your parcel, kindly get in touch and we will help you resolve the matter.

 Can I block a saree and pay later?

Since we only make handcrafted and handwoven products, each piece can take several weeks to craft. In many cases, we do not have more than one piece of an item at a time. Hence unfortunately, it is not possible for us to hold or block products that have not been paid for.

For certain pre-orders with long durations, we allow a 50% payment at the time of placing the order and 50% when the product is ready. Please get in touch with us through one of the channels mentioned if you would like us to help you here.

 Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Sorry, we don’t offer COD (Cash on Delivery) on our products. But trust us, you will love the quality of our fabrics and craftsmanship!

 DELIVERY

Do you ship outside India?

Absolutely! We deliver shipments all over the world. 

What courier services do you use?

All our shipments are sent using reputed courier agencies. Shipments within India are shipped through DTDC or Bluedart, while for international shipments, we use DHL.

 What are the delivery timelines and charges for shipping to international destinations?

International shipments are delivered within 7-10 days, will provide you with a tracking number to track your shipment online.

International shipping is free for orders above ₹25,000. For orders below ₹25,000, the approximate shipping charge for one saree is ₹2000. This would increase marginally with the number of products, for e.g., two sarees would have shipping charge of ₹2200, and so on.

If you have opted for blouse stitching, international shipments are delivered within 12-14 days and shipments within India are delivered within 5-7 days.

 What are the delivery charges for shipping within India?

We do not charge any delivery charges for shipping anywhere within India no matter how much you order for!

 How do I contact my courier?

In case you haven’t received your order, or you are unable to receive it, please call the customer service center of the courier service to get in touch with your courier delivery person.

 I missed my delivery. What happens now?

Don’t worry, any courier service agency makes at least three attempts to deliver, as a standard policy. So, in case you have missed it the first time, please get in touch with the courier service agency. In case you are unable to contact the agency, we are here to do our best to help you out with your queries.
