Refund & Cancellation

Kindly note that since the products at Paaprika are handcrafted and handwoven, that demand a bucket full of effort and time, each drape is very carefully woven and kept to be delivered to our valuable customers. Since they should be handled with utmost care, we only cancel orders, in urgent scenarios only.


  1. It's important to note that only sarees and blouse pieces (unstitched) can be canceled at your request. Only after fulfilling these conditions, your unstitched garment can be canceled.
  2. You're advised to cancel your order, before its shipment. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled in any circumstance. Upon cancellation, you'll get a credit amount, equal to your purchase for other purchases on our website. However, if you wish for refund, then you must bear bank payment or processing charges, if any. The same will be deducted from the total refund and the balance will be credited to your bank account, in a while.
  3. For preorders, please note that once an order for a customized saree has been placed, it cannot be canceled. This is because we begin the process of purchasing the necessary raw materials immediately after receiving your order to ensure the timely production of your unique saree. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to this exclusive craftsmanship.
