Returns:
1) If your garment is defective in any manner or in case you've been delivered a wrong item, your request for return will pose to be valid.
2) Apparels and cloth pieces or fabrics cannot be returned.
3) Within 48 hours of receiving your order, you've to send a mail at our email address. Return requests after 48 hours will not be considered.
4) Do not accept or open the package if you find the packaging damaged or torn. Only if it's sealed, accept it, and unseal it for your order. In case you receive a damaged packaging, immediately contact us for us to take appropriate measures.
5) It's not the case with us, but in any situation, if you receive a defective garment, do mail us a clear picture, and place your return request, as mentioned earlier.
6) On receiving your return request, along with the picture you've mailed us, we'll examine everything and send you authorization for refund or return within a couple of days. Once you received the authorization for refund/return, do send us back the product to Paaprika at the mentioned address within 5-7 days.
7) The product you've requested for return must be unused and should also be returned along with the original bill and all tags intact.
8) We'll try our best to process all our return requests with 7 business days.
9) You can get your refund in the form of credit amount or provide us with your bank details for your refund to your bank account. But we cannot guarantee you the number of days within which you'll receive your refund amount, since it depends upon the authorities of the bank.
